Hi Rachel,
What is your favorite food, & what is your favorite drink?

Bye, I love you...

dea peja - peja, kosova | kosova

Hi Dea,
One of my favorite snack foods is Pirate's Booty. It's a rice corn puff with cheddar cheese and it is a-dict-iv! That means you cannot stop eating it until it's gone! They actually have a website www.piratesbooty.com.
One of my favorite drinks is Tea Forte. This tea is insanely beautiful! The tea bags are triangular-cones with a square bottom and they're made of silk. There are many flavors but my favs are Chocolate Truffle, Belgian Mint, and Raspberry Nectar. I hope everyone in the world can try Tea Forte. It is such a peaceful, warm, experiential (I made that word up) drink.
Thank you for your wonderful birthday wishes from a previous Ask the Fox and thank you for Asking the Fox all the way from Kosova!
From the heart,
Rachel

Hey Rachel i really loved you s Kayla in Desperate Housewives, i think you played the role really well and are a talented you actress. I also love your cover of Lover Story you made me like the song much more than i used to. I was wondering who your favorite housewife is ? And is it possible to get your autograph ?

Dylan.

Dylan Campbell - Glasgow, Lanarkshire | Scotland

Hi Dylan,

Your words are really kind and I very much appreciate your sharing them. I appreciate that you appreciate my acting and am tickled that you love the Love Story cover. Playing guitar and singing is harder than it appears on film : ) It takes extra-curricular focus and a lot of practice so your words mean more than you know.

....hmmmm, my favorite housewife? They are all amazing actresses so they all tie for first. My favorite Desperate Housewife character is Gabby. She's funny and glamorous and she has a fabulous sense of style.

If you go back into Ask the Fox and type in your name, address, I will send you a Desperate Housewives card of photos. Don't worry...your address won't be posted.

Thanks for Asking the Fox, Dylan!
From the heart,
Rachel

Hi Rachel! It is so cool that people get to ask you questions. I was so surprised when I saw your birthday is July 23, 1996 because we share the same month, day and year!!! I was wondering what you are planning on doing this year for your birthday ?

Catherine Mosier - Dumfries, Virginia | United States

Hi Catherine!
How cool is it that we share a birthday. The exact same birth day! Happy Birthday to you. I love surprises so every year my Mom and Dad surprise me with a special trip or adventure for my birthday. They make it different and unexpected and try to keep it a secret! I loved this year's surprise - Sun and Spa in Phoenix! I received some incredible, thoughtful gifts -- my sister gave me guitar picks with my RF guitar logo on them. They're absolutely beautiful! The gifts are always appreciated, but it's the time together with family and friends that I love the most. I hope you had the best birthday ever!
From the heart,
Rachel

Hey Rachel!
You were born near where i live! Thats so cool:) What projects are you workin on right now? And are you going to release a full album anytime soon. I love your video for iShop...its such a cool video and the song is now stuck in my head. I love talking to you on twitter. Hope you write back!

Kate Spaling - atlanta, ga | united States

Hi Kate!
Atlanta is so cool! I was born during the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. My parents thought of naming me Olympia, but chose Rachel instead :)
My debut cd called Singing in a Perfect World is supposed to be released at the end of summer. The cd release is already past due because of busy-ness, projects, school, and many other things. Timing is everything and I know when the time is right, it will be released. Right now, I'm working on a fabulous feature film called Spork. It has been amazing to work on this film and the director, J.B. Ghuman, Jr. is insanely great. Spork is about kids wanting to fit in and avoiding stereotypes and accepting people for who they are. It is a very real movie. I've gotten to do three choreographed dances in the film and love working with Denise Piane, an incredible choreographer.
So glad you love iShop. Have you heard Long to Belong (check it out on iTunes)?
I cannot wait until you see Spork!
From the heart,
Rachel

hi rachel! you are an amazing actress! im a huggge fan!!!:) i cant wait for ur cd to come out..what is it like to record ur own cd? and how long have you been singing? u r an amazing artist! you have a great voice! by the way, have a great 13th birthday!!!:)

Kami Housman - Vegas, Nevada | USA

Hi Kami,
Thanks for your awesome Ask the Fox questions. I've been singing for two-and-a-half years and playing guitar for about a year. Both of these passions take an incredible amount of work, but it is so worth every minute. I love practicing and bring my guitar on all car rides over 10 minutes long. It is uber-exciting to record your own cd. It takes more time and work than I thought, by far, but the process is exhilarating. Recording in the booth is so so so.... so excellent. It's a great addiction. Mics and I flow together. Love the mic! Thank you for saying that I have a great voice and thank you for wishing me a Happy 13th Birthday. You are super-awesome!
From the heart,
Rachel

Hey Rachel!
I saw you on That's So Raven, and then found out you were on Desperate Housewives and so I started watching Desperate Housewives and now its one of my favorite shows! You are really good at playing Kayla! My question was what is your favorite type of character to play? like mean, smart, nice, etc? I hope you keep acting and singing, you're amazing!
-Julia

Julia - Columbia, South Carolina | United States

Hi Julia,
Thank you so much for saying I'm amazing! You are so sweet. I really have fun playing evil characters, but I love all acting and love playing all different types of characters. Playing someone who is mean and evil is interesting because it is totally different than how I really am so I get to explore how it is to be wicked. I think that makes it a little scary and a little fun. Sort of like a roller coaster ride. You enjoy it because it's scary and different than the usual. I'm so glad you're loving watching Desperate Housewives. I received your autograph request and will be sending it out soon!
From the heart,
Rachel

ArrowWhat is your favourite singer and what is your favourite song? Your Nic.

What is your favourite singer and what is your favourite song?
Your Nic.

Nicolai Sauer - Rosenheim, - | Germany

Hi Nic,
I've read a couple of your Ask the Fox questions and you are really very sweet.
It is so difficult to say who my favorite singer is. Right now, I'm loving Paramore (Fences, Misery Business, Decode), The Jonas Brothers (Got Me Going Crazy), Taylor Swift (Love Story), Daughtry (What About Now), and Linkin Park (Leave Out All the Rest). I usually try to cover the songs I love. If anyone has any suggestions of great songs to cover, please let me know. Thanks so much for Asking the Fox!
Vom Herzen,
Rachel

Hi, Rachel!
I just wanted to say that I think you're a good singer, good guitar player, but even better, you're an amazing actress! All of your guest appearances that I've seen were just phenomenal!
You're also really pretty. Pretty enough that 1) if you went to my school, you'd be really popular, and 2) I wish I was you! I'm sooo jealous of you, and you're really lucky to have such a good life!
Just remember that I think you're extremely talented. You have a bright career future ahead of you. Keep it up, and don't give up!
-Lauren from Cali

Lauren - Irvine, California | USA

Dear Lauren from Cali,
Your letter really touched my heart! Thank you for taking your time to say so many nice things. You sound like such an amazing person that 1) if I went to your school, we'd be really great friends, and 2) I can't wait to meet you in person. You are so sweet and I bet a million dollars that you have a great life ahead of you. Thanks again for Asking the Fox!
From the heart,
Rachel

Hey Rachel My name is Joey I'm 17 and from England you are such a talented actress and singer. You are just so natural at doing both . I loved you as Kayla on Desperate Housewives you were just so amazing. I love all of your songs i love the version of Tyalor Swift's Love Story that you did it really suited your voice. I wanted to ask you about your song Long to Belong, I love that song so much it really helped me as i can relate to it i was wondering your inspiration for writing such a heart felt and emotional song came from?
I was also wondering if it was possible to recieve Your Autograph as you are so amazing i would just absolutly love to have it.

Joey Luke - Wigston, Leicestershire | England

Hi Joey,
You say such nice things! Thank you for your compliments. I'm so glad that you enjoy my song, Long to Belong (available on iTunes :) ), and I'm glad that it really helped you and that you can relate to it.
About a year-and-a-half ago, I was dealing with some really mean girls at school. They were just plain deceitful and I just did not feel like letting them win because they were being mean. I decided to take a wicked situation and find a way to make something beautiful come from it. In the darker moments, I learned that everyone feels this way at some point in their life and that it's okay and that the best thing to do is to be happy in your own skin.

Thank you again. Your words mean so much.
From the heart,
Rachel
