Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs is packed with food, fun, and fantastic celebrity voices. Bill Hader, Andy Samberg, and Will Forte all from the hysterical comedy show Saturday Night Live, were awesome in the movie. Screen veterans James Caan and Mr. T were the voices of other main characters in this very fast-paced and funny movie about an invention that makes a lot of food.

 

This movie is great because it moves fast but you keep to the story because it is engaging. Some animated films go to so many places with sub-plots, that you get lost and never find your way back to the main plot. Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs never leaves you and you will laugh because the writing is spectacular!

 

The movie is also great because it was clean and adults and children all were laughing. This is definitely a movie you can take your family to see and everyone will laugh and feel happy.

 

The movie is in 3-D but you won’t feel woozy from it. The glasses are more advanced and they’re not the paper kind with one red and one blue lens. They fit well, and while I wouldn’t wear them outside the theatre, you’ll be happy with the 3-D effect from them.

 

The film opens September 18 and I am definitely going to see it again.
