Vogue Magazine has influenced fashion for over 100 years. TeenVogue has influenced fashion and celebrity in our youth culture since its first edition came out on September of 2001.

 

The 7^th Annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party was an amazing event. Taylor Lautner, Selena Gomez, Miranda Cosgrove, and so many other Hollywood celebrities showed their fashion sense on the red carpet for this event. Amy Astley, Teen Vogue editor, was present and she and partygoers watched the UK band sensation, the Noisettes. Lead singer, Shingai Shoniwa sang with a presence and an amazing voice all while performing cat-like moves around the stage. Shoniwa even brought out her bass and played with pizzazz.

 

Most of the people in attendance were 16 years old and older, hence the teen in Teen Vogue. There were just a few of us younger teens so I was so thrilled to attend this fantastic event. Other young teens included Chloe Moretz and Sterling Beaumon. We were treated to a fun, tapestry-inspired Dolce & Gabbana fashion show. I’ve never seen a fashion show I didn’t love.
